The Annual General Meeting of the Saffron Walden District Scouts was held on 28 June 2023 at 20:00 in the Saffron Walden District Scout Headquarters, 54A High Street, Saffron Walden CB10 1EE
NOTE: At the AGM, it was decided that it was necessary to hold a further, Extraordinary General Meeting (13 September 2023) to ratify and vote on recommended changes to the Constitution. Minutes of this meeting have been appended to the AGM Draft Minutes.
